Cancellation conditions except for the down payment:

Cancellation up to 14 days from the order date, the cancellation fee is 100 NIS or 10% whichever is lower.
Cancellation after 14 days from the date of the reservation and up to 7 days from the date of accommodation, the reservation cancellation fee 20% from the reservation price.
A reservation canceled/changed within 7 days before the accommodation date, regardless of the reservation date, will be charged for the entire reservation cost.
The company has the right to waive/deduct the cancellation fee at its sole discretion!

The credit card number is for payment, security and backup in case of damage caused by the guests or non-arrival. Providing the credit card number and its details will constitute consent to this contract.

Cancellation of an order will be made to the email sales@bikta.net. It is mandatory to specify an order number and the name of the person ordering. The cancellation will be valid from the day the message is sent.

Additional conditions:
• In the option of "Hagam Cottages Tourism and Vacations Ltd" to collect the payment in accordance with the cancellation conditions in whole or in part before the accommodation, in accordance with the cancellation conditions, and subject to its sole discretion.
• Payment of the balance of the accommodation, if not required, will be in cash or on credit upon receipt of the key.
• A credit card or cash deposit must be left until the rooms are vacated.
• The rooms are non-smoking.
• The number of guests in the reservation is binding, each additional guest requires a payment of NIS 100 per day.
• It is not possible to bring guests, who are not registered, to the complex and it is forbidden for anyone who is not a registered guest to use any facility.
• In the fog cabins there is no TV in the rooms and there is no WIFI reception
• Providing incorrect and/or invalid credit information on the day of the order may cause the order to be canceled without prior notice! It is the customer's responsibility to verify the integrity, frame and validity of the credit card at all times.

Entry and exit time:
• Entry time starting at 15:00 on Saturday, entry at 17:00.
• Departure time until 11:00 every day of the week.
• On Shabbat and holidays there is a possibility of eviction up to one hour after the end of Shabbat or the holiday and with an additional fee and depending on the capacity of the hosting site.

For the complexes in the tower: "The Lake Cabins" or "Sounds of Love in Kinneret" depending on the place booked.

Restaurants for dinners exist in the area and are open all days of the week.
All cabins have a kitchenette with basic equipment for preparing breakfasts independently.

Music and noise:
The vacation in all our accommodations is designed for a calm and quiet vacation.
No loud music of any kind, karaoke or amplification systems will be allowed.
Guests are required to keep quiet during the lunch hours and after 11:00 p.m. until 07:00 a.m.

Spa and pool:
In the complexes in Migdal there are shared swimming pools and/or Savannah and/or jacuzzi spas intended for the entire complex and open from 09:00 to 24:00 for free.
In the cabins in the mist there is a guest The possibility to use the spa complex, which includes: a shared pool, a spa jacuzzi and a savannah, is in coordination with the manager of "Cabins in the Mist" and is his responsibility.
In winter, the pool is heated, but on cold days the heating efficiency is low - operating hours 13:00 to 22:00.
