Arrival and departure
Days Sunday - Friday Arrival: from 15:00 Departure: until - 10:00
Saturday/Holiday: Entry: from 17:00 Departure at 14:00
It is possible by prior arrangement to leave later for an additional fee. Early arrival (early check-in) Possible subject to room availability and after our phone confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation up to 14 days from the order date, the cancellation fee is 100 NIS or 10% whichever is lower.
Cancellation after 14 days from the date of the reservation and up to 7 days from the date of accommodation, the reservation cancellation fee 20% from the reservation price.
A reservation canceled/changed within 7 days before the accommodation date, regardless of the reservation date, will be charged for the entire reservation cost.
The company has the right to waive/deduct the cancellation fee at its sole discretion!

The credit card number is for payment, security and backup in case of damage caused by the guests or non-arrival. Providing the credit card number and its details will constitute consent to this contract.

The hotel has a limited private parking lot, in addition, paid and free parking is available nearby.
You can also reach us by bus (not available on Saturdays) and taxis.

Do not allow additional people into the premises who are not included in this agreement.
Animals are not allowed in the compound.
Do not light a fire/BBQ/candles or smoke in the rooms. Do not cook in the rooms.
There is no responsibility for property or valuables in the entire complex, theft, loss, burglary and fire.
 There is no liability in case of regional power and/or water outages or force majeure.
The silence must be maintained - it is forbidden to play music, karaoke or in any other way that causes discomfort and disturbance at the hotel.
Do not use the elevator for children without adult supervision.
The rooms have smart TV and digital services, the use of Netflix, Disney, etc.. is possible under the code Your personal (if available).

meals:
You can order dinner and breakfast (a waiter will be provided), however around the hotel there are a large number of Restaurants and fast food.
